When the Kwankwasiyya movement selected a day to pray to Allah to grant them victory at the Kano State Gubernatorial Elections Petitions Tribunal most Nigerians were apprehensive of a resort to spirituality. They opined that what is justiciable should not be left within the realm of spirituality as both are miles apart. The purpose of an appeal to the Almighty is to set confusion in the enemy camp so that they commit grave errors and be exposed by Him. When they thought they were shortchanged at both lower and appeal courts little did the movement know that the Almighty’s microscopic vision had not eluded them as He was set to expose the judicial shenanigans at the appointed time. Unaware of the spiritual consequences the Justices plotted and He Plotted and Allah is the Supreme plotter Quran Chapter 8 verse 30. Before the whole world, they read a scripted judgment different from their written judgment. From the lower court to the appeal court he has set within them confusion they knew not. The all eyes on the judiciary was a masterstroke that exposed the dual positions held by the courts. Had the citizens not focused on the judiciary these judicial heists would have evaded them. “ APC does not have the Locus Standi being a pre-election matter to question the activities of other political parties as it is medulous.” enthused a judge. EPT/KN/GOV/01/2023 between All Progressives Congress (APC) vs Independent National Electoral Commission & 2 Ors delivered on the 20th of September 2023 is hereby set aside.
