The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and it’s Trade Union Congress (TUC) counterpart have called off the ongoing nationwide strike.
TUC President, Festus Osifo made this known on Tuesday in Abuja after a joint extraordinary national executive council meeting of the unions.
According to him, the suspension will last for a week to enable continuous discussion and negotiations between the unions and the Federal Government.
