Addressing the local government chairmen, Governor Yusuf reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to fostering inclusive governance and ensuring that dividends of democracy reach every corner of Kano State.

He urged the chairmen to redouble their efforts in delivering essential services, improving infrastructure, and enhancing the welfare of their constituents.

The governor further stressed the importance of accountability, transparency, and responsiveness in leadership, noting that local governments serve as the foundation of governance and development.

He called on the chairmen to work in synergy with the state government to accelerate progress across all sectors, particularly in healthcare, education, and economic empowerment initiatives.
