CSC Ridwan, Sa’idu Emerge Best Graduating Officers at NCCSC

Chief Superintendent of Customs (CSC) Ridwan Yusuf and Chief Superintendent of Customs (CSC) Nuruddeen Sa’idu have emerged as the Overall Best and Second Best Graduating Officers, respectively, at the Senior Course 14.

The officers received the honours during the graduation ceremony held on Friday, June 26, 2026, at the Ahmed Makarfi Hall in Gwagwalada, where 50 senior officers of the successfully completed the prestigious course.

CSC Ridwan Yusuf was named the Overall Best Graduating Officer, earning three additional awards, while CSC Nuruddeen Sa’idu emerged as the Second Best Graduating Officer, underscoring the outstanding performance of officers from the Service’s Public Relations Unit.

The National Public Relations Officer of the Nigeria Customs Service, , described the achievement as a reflection of the professionalism, intellectual capacity and commitment of the Public Relations Unit.

He noted that the feat demonstrates that the unit is not only responsible for projecting the image of the Service but also possesses exceptional administrative competence and strategic leadership qualities.

Maiwada congratulated both officers on their achievements and expressed confidence that they would continue to make the Nigeria Customs Service proud as they advance in their careers.
