A newly born babygirl abandoned on the streets of Kano State has been found, Blazon News Nigeria reports.
The infant was found at Yar Akwa area of Na,ibawa Quarters, Tarauni LGA, Kano State after some good Samaritans came to her rescue following her cry for help.
Confirming the development, the Ward Head of Yar Akwa, Jamilu Abba Danladi said the baby handed over to him appeared to be in good and healthy condition.
He explained that the child was abandoned near a stationed vehicle probably used as cover.
