Kano State Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf’s Uncle, Hassan Yusuf Danmakwayo is dead.
Danmakwayo a retired Nursing Officer died at the age of 72 after protracted illness today Saturday and has since been buried according to Islamic rites.
The Director General, Media Publicity to the governor, Sanusi Bature confirmed this in a statement.
The deceased is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren and relatives. He is a junior brother to late Alhaji Kabir Yusuf, the father of Kano State Governor Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf.
The Governor pray to Almighty Allah to dwell his soul in Jannatul Firdausy.
