The Chairman, Kano State Civil Service Commission, Engr Bello Mohammad Kiru has revealed that no fewer than 100 State Civil Servants were promoted to different ranks between January to March,2021 while over 40 others retired.
The Chairman of the civil service commission who announced this at the commission’s meeting, said within the months of January to March, 2021 about 40 workers both senior and junior retired from the service of kano state government due to age or reaching 35 years in active service.
Kiru also pointed out that, over one hundred workers in the mainstream were promoted at the month of March, 2021 with ten cases of conversion, six tranfer, and seven deployment was treated during the meeting.
In a press statement by the Commission’s Chief Public Relation Officer, Isma’ila Gwammaja, Mohammad, applaud the present administration of Dr. Ganduje for approving the promotion and other workers benefit as at when due, and charged them to put in their best at their various stations.
Ealier, the Permanent Secretary of the commission Salisu M Gabasawa emplore members of the commission to always be committed and ensure prompt release of notification letters to the relevant MDAs for further processing.
