Few hours after launching a manhunt for one Ibrahim Musa suspected of killing his mother in Kano, the police have apprehended the suspect in his hideout.
According to police authorities in the state, the suspect, aged 22 was arrested at at a criminal hideout in Dawakin Tofa LGA of the state after fleeing Rimin Kebbe Quarters, Nassarawa LGA, Kano State where he committed the crime.
Recall that Ibrahim Musa was reported to have stabbed his 50-year-old biological mother to death at their residence two days ago and fled to a hideout.
The police said, suspect has since confessed to the crime and also added he deals in illicit drug abuse and will be charged to court upon completion of investigation.
