Justice Sanusi Ado Ma’aji of Kano High Court siting at No.17 Miller Road, Kano has barred the State Security Service, DSS and other sister agencies from arresting or harassing Kano NNPP behind the scene god-father, Yusuf Imam, known as Ogan Boye.

The Order came a day after the party raised an alarm over what it described as intimidation and attempt by the Service to frame up some key members of the party.

Granting the interim order of injunction, justice Ma’aji restrained the EFCC, Kano Commissioner of Police, AIG Zone1, IGP, the DG DSS and NSCDC and any of their agent or representative from inviting, arresting, molesting or detaining Imam before the determination of motion on notice pending before the court.

Ado, then adjourned the matter to the 8th of March, 2023 for hearing of the motion on notice.

The Court Order

Recall that the NNPP last week, also raised an alarm over the then Police Commissioner in the state, CP Mamman Dauda who they accused of conniving with the state government to rig the coming elections in favor of the ruling APC.

However, hours after the alarm, CP Dauda was redeployed from the state while two new CPs were deployed to the state to take charge.
